A teacher coworkers' newly published course for this school year was suddenly found in the old courses. The dates are correct in settings, there is no end date. Can a teacher move it back to published current courses or does admin have to do that. Help cannot edit or do anything.Thank you!
Hi @AMM5 - Oh no! Yes, you're right. When an availability/term date needs to be changed, that setting is only adjustable by the Canvas Administrator at your institution. If you have a direct phone number you can call, I'd try that. Otherwise, you can always submit a ticket and it would go directly to your local Canvas Support.
