How long do credentials stay cached in mobile apps?

All,

We have an instructor who was put on administrative leave and her account was temporarily disabled during this period; however, they are still able to access Canvas via the teacher app.  Is there a time period where those credentials aren't needed to be refreshed to continue to have access?  What can we do to limit this access?

Hello, sam.bachert@csn.edu  and Welcome to the Canvas Community! To resolve this, the local Canvas admin can "act as" the user and delete the mobile app integration from the user's account.
