How to Delete a User's Media File

How do you Delete a User's Media File.

Hi,  @abartalotta . Are you an admin, instructor, student, or another role? Also, where are you seeing this media file?

I'm an'instructor the only time I see this media file is when I try to up-load media files into assignments.

The links did not help.This Media file does not show-up under Global MY files or Course files.The only time it shows up is when I try to up-load Media files into Assignments but I'm not able to delete it,there is no option.

 @abartalotta , can you describe or share a screenshot of how you are trying to upload the media files into assignments? I think this will help us figure out how you would go about deleting them. One thing you can try is to put your cursor to the right of the video and use the backspace or delete key to remove the recorded video.

Was there a solution presented for this? I have the same issue; see attached screen capture with an arrow pointing to the files in question.
