How to build an LTI tool for my Website in PHP?

Hello,

I've done a lot of research for over 20 days on how to build an LTI but unfortunately, I couldn't find a clear instruction on how to make a website an LTI so it can be integrated as an External App into the Canvas LMS? like those apps listed on www.eduappcenter.com.

My Webapp is iGoWrite | Process to Writing Proficiency and I want to create an LTI tool for this so it can be installed into the my Canvas account.

Anyone, please guide me on how to do this?
