How to complete online orientation when the website won't track my progress?

The completes check mark only shows up on the welcome page of each module and some quizzes even though I have taken all of them and gone through all of the pages.

Hello  @schm5375  , and Welcome to the Community.  If you are having trouble completing the module, and have followed all of the directions, please talk to your teacher/ trainer.  They can look up and see how long you've spent on each page and if you have gone through them.
