How to create Inherited Developer keys

How can I create Inherited(Global) Developer keys, So that it will be visible in all Canvas Instance.

Full disclosure...I am not a developer, and I don't know much about Inherited Developer Keys, so I'm not sure if this information will be helpful to you or not.  But, I am going to pass it along to you just in case:
