Hi,  @rachel_elizabet  Welcome to the Canvas Community! Jim Wolf has provided you with a link for instructors. In case you are a student, you've got a few options, depending on what you want to do:

• If you would like to remove the course card for the old course from your dashboard, you can do that by following the instructions in https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10570-4212710327 
• If you no longer want to be enrolled in the course, you'll need to contact your school directly. Each school has its own policies and procedures for maintaining student enrollments.
