How to post grades to PowerSchool from a copied course?

We currently use PowerTeacherPro as our SIS. New to us this year is the process of importing grading categories from PowerTeacherPro into Canvas for grades to be synced. Unfortunately, when we copy a course for the next semester, the grading categories remain but the link to PowerTeacher does not. This results in our teachers having to reimport all assignment categories then drag all assignments into the PowerTeacher created assignment groups. Is there an easier way to do this? Thanks.

@jtomaszewski , this isn’t my area of expertise, but I know there is a resource area for Power School in the Community that might be useful -‌. In addition I shared this with the‌ and‌ groups in the Community to see if anyone there can help.

Good luck on getting this figured out!

Unfortunately, I did not find an answer to this problem. Our teachers are going through it again right now with the start of the school year. When we copy a course from a previous semester, the grading categories remain but they are no longer linked to PowerSchool. We reimport the grading categories from PowerSchool but then we have to drag each assignment into the new category. Being able to move multiple assignments at once or designating a category as a "PowerSchool" category would save our teachers a significant amount of time.
