How do I upload a document which is required to complete an assignment in the module?

There are instructions for uploading a file as an assignment submission at

Note that in order to do this, your instructor must have set the assignment to accept online file submissions.  If your assignment does not look like the screenshot in the article above, you will want to contact your instructor and confirm how they want you to submit your assignment.
