Welcome to the Canvas Community! The most likely cause of this is that the browser you're using to access Canvas is old and out of date. Please compare the version of your browser (preferably Chrome or Firefox) with those listed in Which browsers does Canvas support?, and if your browser isn't listed as a current version, update it as needed.
