I cannot see the updated questions on Canvas when the other instructor edits them

Hello,
I am the TA for one course on Canvas. Both the professor and I have been editing questions in a quiz. However, after I have edited some questions, the professor cannot see them immediately. In fact, he only saw the updated questions after about 18 hours. The professor just edited some questions this morning. And now I am unable to see the updated questions. My version of the quiz is still the old version. I tried to log out of Canvas and log in again. I also tried to use another browser. But neither of these solutions help.
I was wondering whether anyone has any thought on this. Thank you
