I have a Mac laptop I can't see any of my assignments, dashboard, attendance, anything please help

Hello,  @maldonadowendy7  Welcome to the Canvas Community! The most likely cause of this is that the browser you're using to access Canvas is out of date and no longer supported. Since you mention that you're using a Mac, and on the assumption that you are accessing Canvas through Safari, when you update the MacOS, Safari will be updated along with it. 

Supported browser versions are listed in Which browsers does Canvas support?‌ Compare the version of the browser you're using (ideally Chrome or Firefox) with the ones listed in the lesson, and if yours is older, update as needed.

well that sux, it seems that I now have to buy a whole new mac because NONE of the recommended browsers will work on my MacBook air without an upgrade to the ios. My Mac can't upgrade its iOs as it seems to be a little too old for the latest upgrade. Hmmmmm Thank you Canvas for only being available on newer models of laptops. It sux to be poor

Hey I think you can update! I have a 2014 MacBook Pro & was able to. Just gotta go to your App Store & download it. I downloaded OS Catalina to mine & it works perfect now!!! It takes a little while but it’s possible! You shouldn’t have to buy another one.... (im poor too lol)
