I've only received 30% of my quiz results from students.

Students are sure they've submitted their tests, but I don't see their results and they aren't receiving a score.  What's happened?  I've tried refreshing and reloading several times, as well as asking them to do the same.

Marcia,  I would check the Moderate quiz information to see if students have attempted but perhaps not submitted the quizzes.  

If this is true and the quiz is done you can then manually submit the attempts which would show the grades

If you have updated the quizzes after they began to accept submissions, you may want to click on the update button in the gradebook to see scores.
