If you built and published a course, how can you copy it to the sandbox for safe keeping?

Instead of building in the sandbox, I built the course directly. I want to save a copy to the sandbox, for safekeeping. How might I do this?

Either way will get you the same result. It just depends on the path with which you feel most comfortable.
