Import YouTube video into Studio with specific start and end times

Is it possible to import a YouTube video in Studio with specific start and end times?  For instance, you want the video to start at 15 seconds into the video and stop at 1:15 of the video.  If it's possible, what are the steps?

the zzzzzzzzzzzzz is your video id.the digits are the seconds, the one minute fifteen seconds should be 75 seconds.

Thank you.  I tried this and the video will start at the requested time, but will not stop at the requested time.  I tried multiple times and checked the text.  Any thoughts?

It stops for me, make sure you do not leave any space in between.
