Importing a Canvas Course - Troubleshooting

Hi all! I'm trying to import a course from another school that my colleague and I created. I've done this before with no problem at another school, but when I try to import the Canvas export package, it keeps saying that the "file upload process timed out". I thought perhaps it was my shoddy internet, but this has happened on three different internet sources. Any ideas?

 @mvoorhis ‌, is it possible that the course file you are trying to import is larger than the space you have available in the new course? The default is normally 500MB.
