Importing a qti - missing data

I exported a quiz created in Cognero as a qti file and then imported it into Canvas. I teach Economics so several questions contained tables and graphs that students need to interpret in order to answer the question. Some of the tables/graphs imported and some did not. I then had to review every question and manually copy and paste the missing items. I have another test coming up and wondered if anyone has experienced this scenario and if so, how to fix it.
