Hi! 

I am an Instructional Assistant. I have just contacted our Technical Support Department because I am having issues when trying to add my phone number to join an outside group ZOOM account. We kept on getting an error message that said something such as that my phone number can't be used because it's being used on another account. I know the school zoom account is the only account I am in. School IT encouraged me to come to zoom then. Would anyone in here help me figure it out or fix it, please? Thank you.

Hi @wase_rosma 

You have asked your question in a global community of Canvas users, and Zoom is not a Canvas product. Our members can only access their own courses and accounts, so they are unable to troubleshoot your login issues even if Zoom were a Canvas product.

Have you considered contacting Zoom? You can find Zoom Support here, Zoom Support

As you likely suspect, many of our users also use Zoom, and may know some helpful tips and tricks, but I suspect your best bet will be with Zoom Support.
