Is EDU APP CENTER aviable for the OPEN SOURCE canvas?

Hello everybody.

We are using the opensource CANVAS LMS, however, we checked that in our campus we do not see the EDU APP list of apps for later integration.

How can we have the access to the EDU APP? (we already have the token required)

In our CANVAS SELFHOSTED does not show the option:   "manage app list".

It only shows the "external apps" option.
