Is it possible to create a button that links to lower on the same page?

I'm very new to canvas, so please pardon if this is a silly question! 

I would like to make a syllabus page in my course that will have a lot of information on it. Would it be possible to create buttons that live on the top of that page that link to lower on the same page? For example, my entire syllabus will be housed on one page and I'd like students to be able to click on a button at the top for like "class materials" or "grading policies" and have it take them directly to that part of the page.
