Is there a live person I can speak to regarding recovering my information on Canvas?

I set up my page last year, but since then I changed my last name.  When I log on, my Dashboard is dim, gray, and blank.  I have to post information for my students in the next few days, but I don't know how to access my old page.  

Can someone please guide me as to what to do?

Please compare the version of the browser you're using to access Canvas with those listed in Which browsers does Canvas support?‌—and if you're using a version that is older than the supported versions, update as necessary.
