Is there a way to grade multiple assignments by a single student in SpeedGrader without having to leave SpeedGrader and come back?

In other words, if I want to grade Assignment 1, 2, and 3 from Student A, can I switch between assignments WITHIN SpeedGrader? Or do I always have to click out of the assignment, go to the next assignment, and then go back into SpeedGrader?

You will have to click out of the assignment, go to the next assignment and then go back into SpeedGrader.  

Another option would be to open each Assignment in a new browser tab.  This can be done by holding down the ctrl key (PC) or command key (Mac).

This is currently not possible in Canvas.

Honestly I don't miss it because for my work flow, I do not grade by student; but rather, grade by assignment and grade all student submissions to an assignment before moving to the next one.

However, there is a feature idea currently open for voting that is asking for just what you are asking for. Check it out at https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/2508-ability-to-move-through-all-assignments-for-one-student-i... , and support it if appropriate.
