Issues Progressing in Certain Lessons

So I emailed yesterday with my issues but no one has gotten back with me, so I'll see if anyone has suggestions. I'm in the teaching program and am having issues with 3 lessons, one will not read as complete (might be that it requires the other 2 to be done as it is the last one, idk though). One will not load the quiz questions it reads the instructions but will not load a single question. On the other it will not prompt for the next slide even after watching the video and waiting 10 minutes. I have tried many things to remedy this, restarting the whole lesson, refreshing the slide, and making sure the video is at the end. I've tried these on multiple platforms, my laptop, a family member's laptop, and iPad, and an iPhone. I get the same result each time. Is there anything else I can try? I can't even progress in the lessons.

 @aanzek ‌, it sounds like you've tried everything you could on your end of things. Have you tried contacting the Instructor or Canvas support? From what you're describing it sounds like something that would need to be fixed on that side of things, not on yours.

We haven't heard from you since you first posted this question on July 22nd and then received a response from  @kona ‌ later that day.  So, I wanted to check in with you.  Have you had an opportunity to review the feedback that you received from Kona?  Also, have you been able to reach out to Canvas tech support about this issue?  If so, what was the outcome of that conversation?  Would you be willing to share what you've learned back here in this thread?  If you're still looking for help with this topic from Canvas Community members, please let us know by posting a message below.  But, if Kona's response has helped to answer your question, please feel free to mark it as "Correct".  For now, I am going to mark your question as "Assumed Answered" because we've not hear from you for more that two months.  However, that won't keep you or others from posting additional questions/comments below.  I hope that's okay with you, Abigail.  Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
