Issues with Google Doc Submissions

My student has turned in his assignments via Google Drive on Canvas (he already updated his sharing settings) but they are still not showing up on my end. It just says that Canvas refused to connect. Is there anything else the student can do to make sure his submissions are accessible?

 @khaire1 , greetings! I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue. I'd check again and if the assignment submissions still aren't showing up, then I'd contact Canvas Support. To do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
