JWT rejected: user authentification failed

The jpegs in My Files are listed, but the thumbnails do not show. When I click on the file name, no image appears and then the screen switches to an error message: "JWT rejected: user authentification failed." All of these images were visible when I uploaded them last week on Wednesday, April 3. This is happening for both my courses: 0040 and 0042 (I deleted the ones for 0042 and plan to replace them and see if that will fix, at least for now). It also happened for a Word document that was uploaded over the weekend. The attached jpegs will show you exactly which subfolders in My Files, Course 0040 are affected. I've also noticed other files, that were moved over the weekend, have been affected. This weekend, these three files were moved from the previous quarter course folder (ART 170 W19 0015 - PHOTOGRAPHY AS AN ART) to My Files > ARCHIVED STUDENT WORK > ART 170: ARCHIVED STUDENT WORK >  

WOOOPPPSSS!!!!

AS I'M WRITING THE FILES HAVE REAPPEARED!!!

What the heck is going on?!!?!!????
