LTI 1.3 Development Issue

Howdy, I am creating an LTI and I am using the IMSGlobal PHP 1.3 library. I am running into an issue where I get the highlighted error message.

Looking at the access logs I can see it get redirects to my LTI ODIC login which validates correctly before passing it back to canvas for validation. Then its suppose to recdirect to the target redirect uri (http://localhost:8903/lti/course/launch)

I think im just running into a configuration issue but cant seem to find where. Thoughts?

ARG!!! I figured it out. Looks like my client_id in the verification process was missing a '0'. Oh goodness I feel smart today.
