Making a textbased tutorial

Newbie  here, but I have been through each of the options on the menu.  I want to make a text-based tutorial for the students to use.  There will be a short lesson (maybe one paragraph, a few sentences, a video, a photo, etc and then a question with a few options (maybe multiple choice, T/F, write a sentence, record a sentence)  The closest tool I have found is the quiz.  Is there something else?

You can use pages to create everything except the question at the end, and then put the page before the quiz in a module that requires students to view the page(s) and submit the quiz in the order that they are displayed in the module.
