Making discussions visible to all after commenting is closed?

Hello, our graded course discussions are set to require responses before allowing students to view the discussion. Is it possible after the discussion is closed to allow all students to view all responses? We would like to make it possible for all students to view all discussions after the grading period for comments is passed.

I don't know of an automatic option for that, but you could try opening each discussion after it closes, as an instructor, and changing the settings to no longer require an initial post before replies are shown.  You will need to advise students to clear their cached pages and restart their browsers to ensure access for those who previous looked at the discussion without posting.
