My Professor uses Mcgraw-hill Connect to give assignments. Connect is integrated with Canvas so if I do an assignment on connect I should get the credit for it on Canvas also. I did my assignment on Connect but on Canvas, It says I didn't submit the assignment. Although I did get points on canvas for doing the assignment. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but my professor set up the Canvas so that if the assignment doesn't say submitted I can't get access to subsequent assignments and modules. Right now I am not able to access any other assignments because of this. Also, I made sure that I accessed connect through Canvas.
