Greetings -
In the Spring when I had my students use the Record Media feature to create and submit a short 1-minute video of themsleves, no problems at all. These are all new Chromebooks by the way. This past winter, about 1/3 of my students had issues with the video either not saving, or it saved but then would timeout as it tried to upload. It is not the length of the videos as they are all super short. Any idea as to why some submit while others timeout? If the issue persists, I'll need to switch over to Screencastify or WeVideo for recording options. Thank you!
