With the new (terrible) 2020/21 updates to Canvas Assignments, I can no longer submit my media. This includes video recorded both directly from Canvas and videos recorded in .mov files and .mp4 files. In the media option of assignments I drag the file, it shows up and plays, but after I hit the "save" and/or "submit button" nothing happens. I wait 5-10 minutes, still nothing. The button does not work. I tried to remedy this by using Canvas' built-in record media option. Recorded a 3 minute assignment, same thing happens. Click the button, and nothing. I am now forced to upload my media under the "files" option (which for some reason works), and the professors have to physically download my media now. I am using the most updated version of Chrome. Is there a solution?
