How do you merge two courses together on canvas??

Yes you can, and Canvas calls this cross-listing. Many schools (mine included) restrict the ability to cross-list course because of the potential for FERPA and/or Title IX issues.  Learn more at New FERPA requirements for cross-listed courses!
