Mobile file submission error

I recently attempted submitting coursework for my English class; It was a basic photo upload of a handwritten document. I always check to make sure that the submission is true and that I get the confetti effect, to which I checked off both boxes. However, after checking my calendar this morning, the state was unsubmitted and the grade was a 0%, this has occurred numerous times without an error message.

Hi! I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue. Have you updated your device and the Canvas Student recently? Is this happening for one course or multiple courses?

The was an update to the Canvas Student app for iOS recently (v6.9.8) which mentioned solving submissions issues. Can you see if this solves the app issue? Thanks!
