Moving an Imported Assignment into a Module

Hello,

I imported some assignments from another course and now they are in my imported assignments of the course I am creating. However, I am having a hard time moving an imported assignment into a Module. I have moved the imported assignment into my regular assignments group but still that does not help.

Hi  @danairth and welcome to the Community!  Just to be sure, are you trying to move the assignments to a module within the Modules tab?  You mention assignment groups which are in the Assignments tab and independent from Modules so I wanted to double check.  This document describes how to add content to Modules if you have not seen it before, https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12689-415241427

Assignments can belong to modules, but you can't seem to assign/add an imported assignment to an existing module.That's danairth's issue, and mine as well. I want to be able to add imported assignments to specific modules to better organize them. Why is there this problem, and what to do about it? Thanks!
