Multiple Pulldown questions with more than one correct answer

Hello all and thank you for reading this question.
Context: I am giving a survey at the beginning of the term that presents a Likert survey followed by an essay. I am trying to provide 9 questions using the the following 5 possible responses: "Extremely, Very, Average, Little, Not at All.: I have successfully set this up using a simple table for multiple pulldowns. However, I want the student to earn a point regardless of which of the 5 answers is chosen.
Specific question: can I set all 5 possible responses to correct answer? I can do this with a multiple choice but am trying to get this to work as a pulldown.
