My latests assignment are not show to the students

Hello! I have an issue: My assignment is visible in the list between different teachers, but students can't see it in the list. If the teacher provides the link to the student the students can see the info of the assignment (if they have access to the assignment)

My course is published
My assignment is published
My assignment is assigned to 1 student

As the teacher, I can see the Assignment (and the student override)
But, as a student, I can't see the assignment in the list, But if I try to access the link directly provided by the teacher I can go in and see the information on the assignment

Hi @joseglego 

One thing jumps out at me right away..............You said the assignment was only assigned to one student, and that is the only student who will be able see and access this assignment. You will not see it in Student View.

I just tested this in one of my sandboxes, and as the Test Student, I was not able to see the assignment.

My question is: how the student can see the assignment in his list after being assigned?

I've assigned this ONLY to the student
But also, I've assigned to 2 particular students and also to 'Everyone else'

And in any case, the assignment was not shown in the list of assignments nor the REST API/GraphQL API

Hi again, @joseglego 

If the assignment is published, and has a due date, then the appropriate students should see the assignment. Do you have it displayed in a module; and if so, is the Module published? If not, then it should still display in the Assignments list and for the student's To-Do lists.

One thing to verify is that the affected students are using a supported browser, or the latest version of the Canvas Student app.

• What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?
• How can I use Canvas on my mobile device as a student?

If all of these settings are good, and the assignment still doesn't display, I can only suggest submitting a support ticket.
