how am I supposed to draw a graph on google docs their is no item in their to draw with also in you quiz number 7 it told me to graph my answer but their is no were to graph just a text box. furthermore it is also impossible to put in the input for greater then and equal too this is as far as I have got "_<"

There is an "Insert Drawing" option in Google Docs, which lets you create simple vector graphics directly inside your Google documents.
Check with your instructor how to submit it with a quiz question. If you were asked to provide the link to this google doc in the question, just share the link; if you were asked to submit your answer as file upload, download the file or take a screenshot of your drawing and upload to the question. You can also "insert equation", which gives you a list of special symbols. See attached.
BTW, "their" should be spelled as "there", greater "than" instead of "then", and equal to instead of "too".
