My son cannot access to zoom class and the reason according to the instructor is that his name has changed. To update the name we are being asked to login, unfortunately we cannot login because the instructor does not recognize the name.

If your son has a personal zoom account using the same email as is set-up for school communications, and the access to the zoom meeting is through canvas, you might try changing the email on his personal account to let the connection through canvas work properly.
