Naming Downloaded Zip Files that Contain Student Submissions

Is there any way to name the downloaded submission files prior to downloading them?  I know I am able to go into the download section of my computer and rename the folder that way, but it would be so much easier to give the user the option to name the file "Assignment 1" prior to the download.

I don't see that there is a way to rename the submissions before download.
