Navigating Answer Fields when Creating a Quiz?

When I am creating a quiz, I would like to press "tab" or another key to move from answer option #1 to answer option #2. Instead I have to stop typing and pick up my mouse and click on option #2. I've tried using the "tab" key but you have to press it 4-5 times and it doesn't go directly to the next answer field. Is there a shortcut to do this?
