Nearpod's Draw it activities: Work Not showing on Canvas

I have Nearpod Draw It activities in my modules for my students but when they submit their work, on my end all I see is a circle that says 0% and it won't show me their actual work so I cannot look at it. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? @jemling  @14227
