Need help letting Co-Teacher see graded items in course

I have a colleague who is a "teacher" in a class we've co-developed, but he cannot see which assignments are graded and worth points, and those assignments don't show up in the gradebook for him... but they do for me.

Sounds like your system admin has to grant him the teacher's role. If he has the same system role as you do, he should see what you see. Of course there are some coordination you two need to work out, i.e., if an assignment is scored by you, it will be dropped off from his to do list, nonetheless, he will still able to see the score you put in. 

You may want to use a rubric, with the grading with this rubric checkbox checked, you both can add in scores with this rubric.
