I like to use Question Banks for all my courses. When I go to make a new quiz and click on New Question Group to pull questions from a bank, I can see ALL my Question Banks across ALL of my courses. Is there any way to only view the Banks that for that specific course? I have already had problems when I accidentally link a bank from another course and my students can not see the question.

Yes, Canvas can do this.
What you're seeing are bookmarked question banks. Bookmarked banks are available in all courses. If you remove the bookmarks, then it only shows you the ones for the course you're in.
The issue is that you didn't bookmark them, it was done automatically as part of the internal workings of Canvas when you copy or import material. That's how you end up seeing the banks from all of your courses.
