No add course button

I  am trying to add a course and I  don't have the add course button underneath my To-Do list column. How do I  get that button?

 @widickh  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

When the Add a New Course button does not display, it is most likely because the local Canvas admin for the district has disabled that capability for your role, and provisions accounts with new courses on users' behalf. Please reach out directly to the local Canvas admin or eLearning department to request a new course shell.

You will need to reach out to Ventura County Community College District's Canvas administrators or someone from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning team.  We here in the Canvas Community wouldn't be able to assist with this because we don't have access to VCCCD's Canvas environment or any of their courses.  I took a moment to browse VCCCD's website, and I found this Canvas login page which also has links to student and instructor support pages:

If the above link doesn't work, go to the VCCCD's website, and click on the "Canvas" link at the top of the page:
