Is there a way to see which Canvas user reported another user's profile picture as objectionable? Lately there's been a rash of instructors' photos being reported.

I would go ahead and contact Canvas support as quickly as possible. They do have more extensive logs, but they only go back so far.
From my experience there is nothing on the front end that would let us know this information so I'd agree with Adam about contacting Canvas Support.
