Not working

I can't get Canvas to load on my Mac laptop, nothing pops up when I click on modules or anything for my class.

I do not own a Mac, but this sounds like a browser issue.  You'll want to make sure that your browser is up-to-date, and you may also want to try viewing your Canvas courses using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.  Please check out Which browsers does Canvas support?‌ for additional information which should be of help to you.  Also, if you've tried different browsers and you are still unable to see your course content properly, I would recommend that you reach out to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk...as they could go through some troubleshooting steps with you.

Hello,  @ltea_smith , Chris has given you great advice. Here are some troubleshooting tips specific to Safari on a Mac:

First, please check the version of Safari you're using (by clicking on Safari at the upper left and then About Safari) to ensure that you're using Safari 11 or 12. If you're not, you'll need to update your browser to the latest version.

 

If you're already on the latest version of Safari, clear the cache and cookies in the Safari browser, close and then relaunch the browser.

 

And if that doesn't work, and you've already tried switching to the latest version of Firefox or Chrome, please contact Canvas Support as Chris has suggested.
