So, I have the canvas app and I noticed that whenever I get a notification for canvas for anything, it'll send it two times. Like, for example, a test grade was updated it would send me a notification of that and then send it again. It's not a major issue, but does make it sort of annoying when there's a lot of notifications coming in about class updates. How do I fix this?
Hi Sierra - I don't know exactly what is causing this, but I wonder if uninstalling and reinstalling the app may "reset" your settings. Have you tried anything since you initially posted?
