OAuth2 flow with Single Sign On enabled

Jump to solution

I'm developing a Google Form that will create courses in Blend.  This form will be available to all of our teachers.  I'm working through the OAuth work flow documentation.

When I run the first request:

GET https://<canvas-install-url>/login/oauth2/auth?client_id=XXX&response_type=code&state=YYY&redirect_u...

The response is our districts Single Sign On Page.  Is there a different flow/configuration I should be using to bypass SSO? Or should the user already be Signed In to Canvas prior to requesting the OAuth token?

Thanks,

There isn't anything to do differently.

Once you log in at the SSO you should be re-directed back to the OAuth authorisation page on Canvas.
