On the web application the modules are accessible but when I click on them it is empty but on the mobile app the links and module content is available...Ive updated my Mac book and made sure java and adobe are enabled. Any suggestions?

Hello Christina,

On your Macbook, when you click on About this Mac on the Apple menu, what operating system and version number are you running?  Likewise in your web browser - what browser are you using and what version number?

I am running the correct version of software and canvas is still not populating all the fields in my dashboard but on my phone its perfect.

Hi Jennifer (and Christina),

If you have updated your browser and operating system and are having difficulty accessing content in Canvas via a web browser, I would recommend submitting a Support case from within Canvas.
