Hi canvas, 2 hours ago, i spend an hour and a half to write something but it accidentally deleted the page, and i was very mad about it, i hope you can fix this thanks.

I am sorry that nobody has responded to you until now, and I'm also sorry to read that you lost some work that you had typed into Canvas.  I'm not sure if you are a student or an instructor, but I'm not sure I have great news for you.  My guess is that the content you were typing (as a content page for your students to view or as something you were submitting as a student) is probably lost.  One thing that people sometimes recommend is, if you have a lot to type out, to first put all your text in a file such as a Word document.  Save that document to your computer, and then copy/paste the text into Canvas.  Yes, it's a bit of extra work on your end, but this ensures that you will not lose your work.
